The Vision of Ainul- Hayat International University (AHIU) is to exercise professionalism, ensure quality and academic excellence through holistic teaching and learning, scientific research and community services.

The University Mission is to produce competent, professional and skilled personnel through providing quality education, scientific research and community services.

AHIU is governed by the Board of Trustees which consists of 17 members and an Academic Council which is the senior administrative staff. AHIU is communal and non-profit University that is ran by a group of Somali educationists.
